– This is not a proposal. The public comment period was closed in Q3 and all submitted comments were forwarded directly to the OMNI-CORP™ Department of Human Viability Assessment, which found them useful.

– Facial composite scoring below 5.0 on the Standardized Viability Index indicates insufficient return.

– Purchase of the Sub5 hat is mandatory for all individuals scoring below the threshold. It is how we know where you are. Appeals will not be heard. The appeals office was decommissioned. The staff were Sub5s.

– NUROtech™ BCI installation remains available to Sub5s at full price with no protections or guarantees. We will still take the money.

*All former rights held by Sub5s have been absorbed by OMNI-CORP™ and reappropriated toward the Betters. This is legal.
