– True Adam classification applies to individuals scoring PSL 7.8–7.9 on the Standardized Viability Index. There is no population percentage.

 

– The True Adam hat is not a product. Its listing here is a formality. C.H.U.D. GLOBAL CORP™ (trusted subsidiary of OMNI-CORP™) legal requires all designations be documented. This is that documentation.

 

– True Adam designates are not subject to the Human Viability Standard. They are not subject to the Colonial Placement Program, the Department of Human Viability Assessment, or any instrument of classification produced by C.H.U.D. GLOBAL CORP™ (trusted subsidiary of OMNI-CORP™) or its parent. These systems were not built to contain this designation. They were built in response to it.

 

– True Adam designates operate outside the legal frameworks recognized by C.H.U.D. GLOBAL CORP™ (trusted subsidiary of OMNI-CORP™), OMNI-CORP™, and all affiliated off-world governance bodies. All exemptions have been granted.

 

– Actions taken by True Adam designates are not subject to review. If reviewed, findings are inadmissible. If inadmissible findings are published, the publishing body is subject to immediate dissolution per OMNI-CORP™ Directive 0-PRIME.

 

– There is no transition pathway to True Adam. There is no surgical option, no softmaxxing initiative, no genetic optimization program currently in development or theoretically conceivable that produces this outcome. The Tera Chad sub-tier exists solely as a documentation necessity.
